Gourmet on GameDay Part III: Lamb Lollipops

Lamb and lollipops, you say? It’s true! These bone-in, savory delights do resemble lollipops because they were carved from a New Zealand rack of lamb by our very own Chefski. He marinated these culinary creations in a luscious combination of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil, mint, and thyme and then grilled them up GameDay style. Easier than a touchdown on 4th and goal! These delicious morsels will make the perfect addition to your next party around the pigskin!
